Please submit the day you wish to reserve the room (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday), expected occupancy, and preferred room layout (reception, theater, table rounds, etc.) upon submission. Please note: no outside food or beverage is permitted to be served in the room. Should you expect to need food and beverage service for your event, please email chair@lp.org for a proper quote to be added on to your room purchase.
