The price set for each is for a 6 night block (check-in Wednesday, May 22, and check-out Tuesday, May 28). Individual room nights are not available for purchase. A credit card must be presented at check-in for incidentals (but will not be charged otherwise).
breakout rooms
Prices are set per day (6:00 a.m. – 11:59. p.m.). Please submit the day you wish to reserve the room (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday), expected occupancy, and preferred room layout (reception, theater, table rounds, etc.) upon submission. Please note: no outside food or beverage is permitted to be served in the room. Should you expect to need food and beverage service for your event, please email chair@lp.org for a proper quote to be added on to your room purchase. If you require Audio/Visual equipment for your breakout room, you can request it as an add-on during the checkout process.
